THE LETTERS AS SEEN ON PSALM 119
Psalm 119:73-80 Yodh (hand)
73 Your hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments. 74 They that fear you will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in your word. 75 I know, O YHVH, that your judgments are right, and that you in faithfulness have afflicted me. 76 Let, I pray, your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to your word unto your servant. 77 Let your tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight. 78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in your precepts. 79 Let those that fear you turn unto me, and those that have known your testimonies. 80 Let my heart be sound in your statutes; that I be not ashamed.
Psalm 119:33-40—He (kneeling with upraised hands)
33 Teach me, O YHVH, the way of your statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
34Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart. 35Make me to go in the path of your commandments; for therein do I delight. 36 Incline my heart unto your testimonies, and not to covetousness. 37 Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken yourself me in your ways. 38 Establish your word unto your servant, who is devoted to your fear. 39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for your judgments are good. 40 Behold, I have longed after your precepts: quicken me in your righteousness.
Psalm 119:41-48—Vav (slave hook)
41Let your mercies come also unto me, O YHVH, even your salvation, according to your word. 42 So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproaches me: for I trust in your word. 43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in your judgments. 44 So shall I keep your law continually for ever and ever. 45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek your precepts. 46 I will speak of your testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed. 47 And I will delight myself in your commandments, which I have loved. 48 My hands also will I lift up unto your commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in your statutes.
PRONOUNCING THE NAME OF YHVH
Pronouncing and pronunciation have different meanings for YHVH. We are instructed in the Word to pronounce or declare His Name while pronunciation is merely making the sounds of speech. YHVH is so much more than just the sounds of speech as seen in the illustrations above and in Psalm 119. It is better to put the name YHVH in your heart. Then when you see the Name or wish to pronounce it verbally you will see the image of everything that Name connotes such as creation, peace, liberty, power to overcome sin, life in Jesus Christ, God with us, salvation, mercy, grace, love, wisdom, and so very much more. As long as you know the meaning of YHVH you will never need to know its pronunciation. I started out wanting to have a ‘correct’ pronunciation but find that the four letters are far more significant and meaningful. Very simply: “Your hands have made me and fashioned me, you give me understanding of your commandments, your presence establishes your Word within me, you are my salvation and righteousness.”
Now it’s time to see what the Bible says about YHVH’s presence within us to accomplish these things and more. The following chapter from the Gospel of John is from the public domain King James Version. That means there are no copyrights to contend with. God (Theos and forms thereof) in the New Testament is the same God (YHVH Elohim) in the Old Testament. In order to present a clear understanding of each instance of the word ‘God’ I will convert the Greek forms of Theos to Hebrew. This is an important step toward understanding the name (authority) of YHVH and his relationship with his Son and creation. Read this chapter several times. Remain open to YHVH’s understanding and wisdom, he is the true teacher.
John 3:1-36-- The New Birth
"1.There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Judeans: 2.The same came to Jesus by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from YHVH: for no man can do these miracles that you do, except YHVH be with him. 3.Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of YHVH. 4.Nicodemus said unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5.Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of YHVH. 6.That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. New Birth Study Note

That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. One on one. Person to person. YHVH to repentant believer. This is the desired

relationship between YHVH and his creation that can only be achieved by confessing Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.

This is also the meaning of the Great Commission.

In the process of interpretation the context of the sentence, paragraph, or more broadly, the chapter should be primary

in the discussion of meaning.

The context of the Great Commission is for the disciples to go out and make new disciples by teaching others to

observe what Jesus taught his twelve; in other words: Baptize them in the water of the Divine Expression.

IMMERSED IN THE WATER OF HIS WORD: Born of water and the Spirit. This birth and the water of His Word

comes from the Father through the blood of the Son.

Father as regards—living every word that proceeds from His mouth.—WATER

Son as regards—The ransom He paid for our freedom by His blood.—BLOOD

Holy Spirit as regards—the free gift to all the captives who desire freedom through Jesus for power over sin and to

dedicate life and mind to worship and serve Yahavah.—SPIRIT

1 John 5:6, 8 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood.

And it is the Spirit that bears witness, because the Spirit is truth….And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit,

and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

7.Marvel not that I said unto you, You must be born again. 8.The wind blows where it will, and you hear the sound thereof, but cannot tell from where it comes, and where it goes: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. (Note: This is the breath of YHVH breathing new life into the believer.)
9.Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10. Jesus answered and said unto him, Are you a master of Israel and know not these things? 11.Verily, verily, I say to you, We speak what we know and testify of that we have seen; and you receive not our witness. 12. If I have told you earthly things and you don’t believe, how shall you believe if I tell you [of] heavenly things? 13.And no man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, [even] the Son of man which is in heaven. 14. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15.That whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 16. For YHVH so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17.For YHVH sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18.He that believes on him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already because he has not believed in the name(authority) of the only begotten Son of YHVH. 19.And this is the condemnation: that light is come into the world and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil. 20.For every one that does evil hates the light neither comes to the light lest his deeds should be reproved. 21. But he that does truth comes to the light that his deeds may be made manifest that they are wrought in YHVH.
22. After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them and baptized.
23. And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim because there was much water there: and they came and were baptized. 24. For John was not yet cast into prison. 25. Then there arose a question between [some] of John's disciples and the Judeans about purifying. 26. And they came unto John and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with you beyond Jordan, to whom you barest witness, behold, the same baptizes and all [men] come to him.
27. John answered and said, A man can receive nothing except it be given him from heaven. 28. You yourselves bear me witness that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. 29. He that has the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: my joy therefore is fulfilled. 30. He must increase but I [must] decrease. 31. He that comes from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth: he that comes from heaven is above all. 32. And what he has seen and heard, that he testifies; and no man receives his testimony. 33. He that has received his testimony has set to his seal that YHVH is true.
34. For he whom YHVH has sent speaks the words of YHVH: for YHVH gives not the Spirit by measure [unto him]. 35.The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand. 36. He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of YHVH abides on him.

New Birth Study Note

Whatever is in the mind of YHVH exists. What is in his mind may not come to pass for many eons

or millennia, yet it exists.

Verses 34-35 reflects the relationship of YHVH to His Son. Let me repeat the all important words:

He (Jesus) speaks the words of YHVH. Nothing of the Spirit of his Father is withheld from the Son because

YHVH gave all things into his hand. In the same way that Joseph had power over Egypt by wearing the

signet ring of Pharaoh, Jesus is sealed and anointed without measure in the Spirit of YHVH his Father.

Repentant believers are also sealed in the Spirit of YHVH (born again) not only for the day of our Lord’s

second coming but to overcome the deceit of Satan until that day. Sealed believers are adopted sons of

YHVH and sent to pronounce the saving grace of YHVH and the glorious return of Jesus Christ for

resurrection to life and wrath to those who choose not to believe.

Isaiah 14:24—“YHVH of hosts has sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass;

and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:”
